Verra Mobility Overhauls Leadership to Streamline Operations

Verra Mobility is restructuring its internal operations to sharpen its focus on client needs, appointing Stacey Moser as the firm's first Chief Customer Officer. The move signals a shift toward a more centralized model intended to simplify decision-making and improve execution across its government and commercial sectors.

The appointment of Moser, effective immediately, consolidates sales, account management, and marketing functions under a unified leadership team. This change stems from a formal review by the company’s Transformation Committee, which sought to eliminate organizational complexity and better align internal resources with market demands. CEO Jon Keyser noted that the new structure is designed to foster agility, allowing the company to respond more effectively to customer requirements while improving overall cost efficiency.

This transition marks an acceleration of broader efforts initiated earlier this year to centralize key corporate pillars—including finance, engineering, and product management—directly under the CEO’s oversight. Alongside these structural changes, the company confirmed the departure of Jon Baldwin, Executive Vice President of Government Solutions, who will exit the organization on July 9, 2026. While the firm integrates its primary business units, it confirmed that its T2 Systems division will continue to operate independently under the leadership of Lin Bo, maintaining its focus on the parking technology market.
