Global CEO Christophe Catoir emphasized that this integration of technology and human touch is driving fill rates above 80% while achieving high customer satisfaction scores. Following a successful year-long trial in Latin America, Adecco plans to further expand this AI-enabled architecture into additional high-growth markets over the coming months.
