Antonio Fernández steps into the newly defined role of Vice President of Business Transformation, reporting to CFO Jon Taylor. Having previously directed the company’s ethics and compliance program, Fernández now pivots to optimizing operational efficiency and strategic execution. His tenure at the firm follows a career spanning roles at GE Power and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Deandra Williams-Lewis will succeed Fernández as Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. Previously the company's Director of Ethics & Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer, she will now report to Chief Legal Officer Hyun Park and the Board’s Audit Committee. Her mandate includes overseeing enterprise risk and maintaining the company’s internal culture of accountability.

Rounding out the changes, Brian Harrell, the current Vice President and Chief Security Officer, adds the title of Chief Privacy Officer to his portfolio. Harrell will integrate the company’s privacy program into his existing security duties, drawing on his background in cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection from previous tenures at Duke Energy and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation. CEO Brian X. Tierney noted the appointments reflect an internal focus on long-term stability and organizational depth.
