Cyberhawk brings significant momentum to the partnership, projecting $45 million in revenue for the fiscal year ending in March alongside a $95 million backlog. By integrating Cyberhawk’s infrastructure intelligence platform and AI-driven diagnostic tools, Ondas intends to deepen its reach into the energy and utility sectors.
Chief Executive Eric Brock described the acquisition as a strategic move to leverage Cyberhawk’s domain expertise and data processing capabilities. The purchase structure leans heavily on liquidity, with 95% of the deal funded by cash and the remainder settled in Ondas equity.
