The subscription window for the offering officially closed on June 19, 2026, at 16:30 CEST. With the initial counting phase complete, the company is now moving toward final allocation. This process is scheduled for June 22, 2026, and will follow the specific criteria outlined in the prospectus published earlier this month. Investors should receive notifications regarding their individual allocations and the required payment amounts throughout that day.

Subscribers must ensure their designated bank accounts are funded by June 23 to meet the final payment deadline on June 24. DNB Carnegie is managing the offering, while Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS serves as legal counsel. Hexagon Composites, which specializes in clean energy storage and transportation solutions, will release final confirmation of the results shortly after the allocation process concludes.
