Rosen Law Firm Files Class Action Against Nano-X Imaging

Investors who purchased Nano-X Imaging Ltd. securities between March 31, 2025, and April 17, 2026, face a critical deadline to participate in a newly filed class action lawsuit. Those seeking to serve as lead plaintiff in the securities fraud case must submit their motions to the court by August 11, 2026.

The lawsuit alleges that Nano-X issued false or misleading statements regarding its business health throughout the defined class period. According to the complaint, the company overstated efficiency gains and market demand for its imaging products. Plaintiffs contend that Nano-X’s manufacturing operations were fundamentally misaligned with actual demand, leading to higher-than-reported cash burn and operating expenses. These undisclosed issues allegedly forced the company toward disruptive restructuring and significant impairment charges, ultimately damaging shareholders when the reality of the firm's financial position surfaced.

Rosen Law Firm, which is spearheading the litigation, notes that investors may participate in the case without out-of-pocket costs through a contingency fee arrangement. While the firm is soliciting lead plaintiffs, investors are reminded that no class has been certified yet. Individuals may choose their own counsel, remain absent class members, or opt to do nothing at this stage. Participation in any potential future recovery is not strictly tied to serving as a lead plaintiff.
