Moore arrives at LightHeaded with a three-decade track record in high-stakes consumer branding, having held leadership roles at Sega, Reebok, and Microsoft. His tenure at Liverpool FC and Electronic Arts demonstrated his ability to cultivate fan communities through digital and physical products, a skill set the company intends to leverage as it moves beyond its current collegiate football helmet offerings.
LightHeaded currently holds licenses with more than 50 major collegiate programs and is actively seeking expansion into motorsports and professional leagues. Co-founder and CEO Josh Hoffman noted that Moore’s involvement serves as a validation of the company's platform-based approach to fandom, rather than a focus on traditional manufacturing. Working alongside leadership, Moore will focus on long-term strategy, brand development, and the integration of the company's proprietary LightCore™ technology into new retail and hospitality markets.
