The company’s push into the UAE follows 15 years of operations in North American shale fields. Shepherd is already deploying its suite of fixed and portable detection hardware alongside a major U.S. operator in the region. These tools focus on real-time hazard mitigation and environmental monitoring across infrastructure ranging from LNG facilities to marine energy assets.
By establishing a permanent local presence, Shepherd intends to centralize its strategy for the GCC and Asia-Pacific markets. This move provides a hub for technical support, moving beyond simple equipment supply to offer scalable, AI-ready safety integrations. The firm aims to address rising demand for predictive safety insights as international energy companies grapple with increasingly complex industrial environments.
