The acquisition marks a strategic expansion for Brooke’s organization, which already oversees operations at prominent sites including Bethpage State Park and Montauk Downs. The transformation plan for Pine Ridge is multi-phased, focusing on blending the accessibility of public play with the standards of an upscale private club. Planned upgrades include a driving range equipped with covered bays and full food and beverage service, alongside a fleet of GPS-integrated golf carts.
Beyond physical infrastructure, the company is prioritizing course conditioning and the installation of Pinehurst-style waste bunkers. Instructional programming will also see a significant boost through the integration of Golf Channel Academy. To foster community engagement during the transition, the group is launching a Founding Membership program, offering early members locked-in pricing and exclusive perks. Brooke, who has logged over 50,000 lessons throughout her career, aims to position the club as a central hub for practice and socialization in the region.
