The company’s flagship CK Gold asset in southeast Wyoming has reached a critical juncture following a March 2026 feasibility study. The report estimates an after-tax NPV of $632 million, though management suggests recent spot prices for gold and copper could push that figure toward $1.37 billion. With major permits secured—a rarity for new hard-rock mining projects—the company is now prioritizing construction decisions and debt or equity partnerships to minimize shareholder dilution.
While the Wyoming site remains the primary focus, leadership is weighing the future of its Nevada-based Keystone Project. To prevent further dilution, the company is considering spinning off the Keystone asset into an independent exploration entity. Meanwhile, U.S. Gold Corp. plans to advance its remaining exploration targets and ramp up operations at CK Gold by late 2028, aiming to capitalize on high domestic demand for critical minerals.
