Endava Investors Face Securities Fraud Class Action Over Accounting Lapses

Investors who held Endava plc stock between September 4, 2025, and September 21, 2026, are being sought by the law firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP to lead a class action lawsuit. The litigation targets alleged misrepresentations regarding internal controls and delayed financial reporting that resulted in shareholder losses.

The complaint alleges that Endava failed to maintain adequate internal oversight, necessitating a retroactive review of accounting practices linked to supplier agreements and customer contracts. This breakdown in internal reporting led to significant delays in the publication of the company’s fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 financial results. According to the filing, these failures rendered the company's public disclosures materially misleading throughout the specified class period.

Shareholders who incurred financial losses during this window have until November 30, 2026, to apply for the role of lead plaintiff. While the class has not yet been formally certified, legal representatives Brian Schall and David Schwartz are inviting affected investors to discuss potential recovery options. The firm, operating out of Los Angeles, emphasizes that individual participation is not mandatory for eventual recovery, though those who remain inactive will be classified as absent class members until the court certifies the litigation.
