Bonstein will remain with the company through the end of the month to oversee the transition and participate in the scheduled third-quarter earnings call on October 29. During her tenure, she played a key role in the company's financial operations, including the raising of over $4.2 billion in capital. CEO Will Lewis noted that the company is currently well-positioned to reach cash flow positivity in the coming year.
Following the announcement, Insmed reaffirmed its full-year 2026 financial guidance, projecting revenue between $1.25 billion and $1.40 billion for its treatment BRINSUPRI, alongside $450 million to $470 million for ARIKAYCE. The company emphasized that Bonstein’s exit is not linked to any disagreements regarding accounting practices or internal controls. Bonstein stated that she intends to pursue broader leadership opportunities after her departure.
