Investors Target York Space Systems in Securities Fraud Class Action

Investors who sustained financial losses tied to York Space Systems now have until October 30, 2026, to move the court to serve as lead plaintiff. The legal action, spearheaded by Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, centers on allegations that the company misled stakeholders regarding the functionality of its satellite software.

The complaint alleges that York Space Systems suppressed critical information concerning its orbital technology. Specifically, the suit claims the firm launched satellites with incomplete mission and payload software while simultaneously deceiving the Space Development Agency to secure government contracts. These actions, according to the filing, rendered public statements regarding the company's operational viability and business prospects materially misleading.

Those who purchased securities during the relevant class period are eligible to participate in the litigation. While the firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP is soliciting plaintiffs, investors maintain the right to retain counsel of their choosing or remain absent class members. As of early October, no class has been formally certified, and the court deadline for leadership applications remains firm at October 30, 2026.
