Robinson joins the leadership team as Wells works to integrate more deeply into the Omega Holdings portfolio. His career history includes managing product quality, validation, and strategic customer engagement, expertise Omega Holdings CEO Randy Rankin cited as essential for the brand's next growth phase. Robinson expressed a commitment to expanding the company’s product offerings while maintaining the quality standards established during its 120-year history.

The appointment follows Omega Holdings' recent acquisition of the Wells electronic components business. By installing a veteran of the holding company into the top role, the organization aims to solidify its market position and broaden its reach across the vehicle electronics sector. Robinson will oversee the company's long-standing distribution network and its efforts to meet the technical demands of modern automotive systems.
