The company is introducing two distinct products to the retailer: its Regenerative Organic Certified® and its standard Organic Avocado Oil. Both versions carry the Seed Oil Free Certified® designation, a rarity in a category recently scrutinized for mislabeling. To ensure consistency, the brand utilizes third-party testing against CODEX markers—fatty acid profiles, sterols, and tocopherols—to verify the contents of every bottle.
Founder Marianne Adams emphasizes that the brand’s placement in Target aligns with a shift toward ingredient transparency. The move into Target follows the company's participation in the retailer's Takeoff program, designed to accelerate emerging brands. Beyond this partnership, the Sacramento-based producer has already established a presence in major chains including Costco, Erewhon, and Sprouts. With a smoke point reaching 500°F, the oil is positioned as a versatile pantry staple, sourced globally and processed at a women-led facility in East Africa to maintain its regenerative supply chain.
