Emplifi Updates CX Platform to Automate Enterprise Workflows

Half of all marketing professionals struggle to coordinate strategies across disparate departments, according to recent Emplifi research. To bridge this gap, the company launched its Autumn Release, introducing AI-driven orchestration tools designed to automate routine tasks and unify customer data across marketing, commerce, and care teams.

The update centers on Fuel AI, a system capable of handling multi-step agentic workflows while maintaining enterprise-grade safety protocols like PII masking and content moderation. By using natural language prompts, teams can now surface sentiment shifts from thousands of conversations or generate performance summaries without manual dashboard configuration. According to Chief Product and Technology Officer Omer Sharon, the goal is not to replace human staff but to remove the operational friction that prevents brands from responding to consumers at scale.

Operational efficiency metrics highlight the impact of these tools within the Emplifi ecosystem. Over the past year, the company’s care platform managed 8.6 million cases, with median first response times dropping 64%—from 60.7 minutes in the first quarter to 21.6 minutes by the third quarter of 2026. Beyond care, new governance features allow large-scale organizations to manage complex hierarchies, such as a consumer goods client currently operating 870 user accounts across 20 distinct brands.
