The merger transforms the Kuala Lumpur-based firm, which operates electronic voucher services through its subsidiary Super Apps Holding, into a Nasdaq-listed entity. Keith Loo See Yuen, CEO and Executive Chairman, identified the listing as a strategic move to secure access to U.S. capital markets, aiming to accelerate innovation and extend the company's regional footprint across Southeast Asia.

Alongside the business combination, the company secured $5 million in funding through a PIPE investment involving the purchase of 625,000 ordinary shares. Tek Che Ng, CEO of TETE, noted that the partnership leverages Bradbury’s established position in the digital payment ecosystem to pursue aggressive growth. The company’s current reach includes a collaboration with MYISCO, granting access to an ANGKASA network of approximately 8 million members in Malaysia.
