Before moving to the Lakeville-based firm, Popovich served as Director of Operations at Sprague Operating Resources LLC. In that capacity, he managed five terminals across New Hampshire and Maine, overseeing a workforce of over 100 personnel and annual budgets topping $30 million. His career trajectory began in 2008 as an operator in Everett, Massachusetts, providing him with a ground-level perspective on the regulatory and safety hurdles that terminal operators navigate daily.

CEO Adam Dennison noted that Popovich’s firsthand experience with capital planning and emergency preparedness is a rare asset in business development. Popovich, who holds a degree from the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, intends to focus on designing customized environmental programs for marine and industrial clients, aiming to bridge the gap between complex regulatory requirements and operational efficiency.
