The expansion centers on the Assure Platform, which now serves over 275 customers. A key addition is the Assure Configuration Manager, a tool designed to reduce deployment complexity through low-code, configuration-driven workflows. By integrating these services, DXC intends to provide a governed environment where insurers can adopt artificial intelligence while maintaining necessary human oversight and accountability.
DXC is also scaling its Assure Smart Apps, a suite of tools introduced a year ago that now supports more than 450 insurers. These applications are currently handling significant volumes, including over 750,000 automated transactions and the digital extraction of two million pages. Within the Life & Wealth business, these systems manage 11 million policies and process $11 billion in annual payments. Looking ahead, DXC plans to bridge its Assure Platform capabilities with the London Market Core Platform, specifically targeting the modernization of market-wide workflows to improve data visibility and connectivity for London-based participants.
