The platform functions as a closed-loop intervention system, connecting directly with devices such as Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, and WHOOP. By analyzing metrics like heart-rate variability and sleep quality, the software generates custom sound compositions aimed at mitigating stress or aiding recovery. Users can supplement this data with voice or text inputs to further refine the AI’s output.
Henry Penix, CEO of Soaak Technologies, describes the system as the missing playbook for the wearable industry. The technology is designed to operate on a four-step cycle: measuring baseline biometrics, processing user input, generating a tailored audio intervention, and finally, tracking the subsequent physiological shifts through the user's wearable. While the service is optimized for devices, it remains accessible to users without wearables by relying solely on manual input.
Soaak’s underlying technology has seen significant adoption, recording over 90 million minutes of use across 190 countries. The company’s approach is currently utilized by branches of the U.S. military, including the Air Force and Space Force. Internal studies and pilot programs conducted with Garmin and Oura indicate that the platform has helped users manage stress and sleep, contributing to its recognition by outlets like WIRED and CNET. Find My Frequency is currently available via the Soaak app on iOS and Android.
