According to Department of Veterans Affairs data, the company closed over $26 billion in loans during fiscal year 2025, maintaining its decade-long streak as the country's top VA purchase lender.
Ian Franz, the company’s director of culture, attributes the consistent recognition to a collective focus on purpose rather than accolades. The selection process, managed by Great Place To Work, relies on a proprietary Trust Index survey that aggregates feedback from over 1.3 million employees nationwide. Beyond this latest honor, the company has also been featured on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For and the 2026 PEOPLE Companies that Care lists.
