At booth #33139 in the Upper South Hall, I-CAR will host industry experts to address the critical need for advanced repair knowledge. A centerpiece of this year's presence is a dedicated display vehicle featuring highlighted ADAS sensors, intended to demonstrate how pervasive these systems have become. This initiative continues at AAPEX, where I-CAR representatives at booth #V7308 will further discuss the calibration requirements essential for maintaining vehicle safety functions after a collision.
Practical application remains a priority, with live welding demonstrations integrated into the SEMA experience. Attendees completing GMA/MIG welding courses can apply their classroom learning directly on the show floor under the guidance of I-CAR experts. Additionally, the educational lineup has expanded to include three new courses focusing on diagnostics, blueprinting, and glue pull repair (GPR). These sessions, held in classrooms S224 and S225, complement returning curriculum on ADAS calibration and advanced welding, providing a pathway for technicians to earn course credits while refining skills needed for modern vehicle architecture.
