Revenue for the half-year reached 450.05 billion yen, up from 440.11 billion yen in 2025. This growth in sales failed to shield the company from rising costs, as operating profit slipped to 12.45 billion yen from 13.30 billion yen. Pretax profit followed a similar downward trajectory, settling at 13.06 billion yen against 13.86 billion yen in the prior year.
Earnings per share also mirrored the broader decline, falling to 99.29 yen from 107.81 yen. These figures, prepared under Japanese accounting standards, highlight the pressure on margins despite the firm's ability to drive higher consumer spending during the period.
