The upcoming sessions, scheduled for November 13 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, provide a comprehensive look at the collaboration between BioLineRx and Hemispherian AS. Dr. Adam Robertson of Hemispherian will present findings on GLIX1’s ability to target DNA damage response mechanisms, specifically highlighting its performance in orthotopic cell-derived xenograft models and subcutaneous TMZ-resistant patient-derived xenograft models.
In a separate presentation, Ditte Primdahl from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine will outline the structural framework of the current Phase 1/2a clinical trial. This study is testing the oral TET2 activator in patients battling recurrent or progressive high-grade glioma. These data points mark a significant milestone for the program, which entered clinical testing in the first quarter of 2026 as a potential treatment for a variety of solid tumors.
