Zidle brings more than three decades of experience to the Chicago-based firm, having previously held senior roles at Richard Bernstein Advisors and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Most recently, he operated his own independent research firm, Zidle Macro Strategy Group, focusing on the intersection of public and private markets. At Cresset, he will integrate these perspectives into the firm’s advisory platform, helping families navigate complex portfolio construction and long-term wealth objectives.
Mike Silverman, Cresset’s Chief Investment Officer, noted that Zidle’s ability to distill complex market dynamics into actionable client insights was a primary driver for the hire. Beyond his financial career, Zidle holds a degree from Emory University and contributes to the nonprofit Stop Soldier Suicide, drawing on his own background as a former specialist in military intelligence with the U.S. Army Reserve.
