He will focus on advancing Redhawk’s Central Data eXchange, an API-led platform designed to eliminate system silos and enhance data interoperability for federal customers. By integrating his expertise into the company’s growth strategy, Redhawk intends to improve operational visibility and decision-making speed across the defense community.

Redhawk CEO Matt Muns cited Minella’s background in intelligence and defense leadership as a critical asset for scaling the company’s capabilities.
