Aeon Financial Service Co. reported a net profit of 10.05 billion yen for the six-month period ending August 31, 2026, marking a notable increase from the 8.75 billion yen recorded during the same timeframe last year. The results reflect the company’s performance under Japanese accounting standards.

Aeon Financial Service Posts 10.05 Billion Yen Half-Year Profit

Revenue for the period climbed to 311.20 billion yen, up from 278.16 billion yen in 2025. Despite the growth in top-line figures, operating profit contracted to 25.21 billion yen compared to 28.32 billion yen previously. Pretax profit followed a similar downward trajectory, settling at 25.97 billion yen against the prior year's 29.19 billion yen.

Shareholders saw earnings per share rise to 46.56 yen from 40.51 yen, with diluted earnings matching this figure. The disparity between the revenue expansion and the dip in operating profit highlights shifts in the company's cost structure during the first half of the fiscal year.
