Developed in partnership with RapidScale and built on Amazon Web Services using Amazon Bedrock, the tool functions as an intelligent layer for managing disruptions. It assesses the impact of schedule changes in real time, determining the best course of action for rebooking, passenger care, and communication. According to Accelya CEO Sam Gilliland, the goal is to move beyond simple rebooking to making consistent, high-speed decisions across massive datasets.

Duane Barnes, CEO of RapidScale, emphasized that the software is engineered for production-grade scale, providing airlines with the governance needed to handle thousands of individual passenger circumstances simultaneously. By integrating directly into airline technology environments, FLX Recover seeks to minimize manual intervention during critical service failures. The solution is available immediately through Accelya and the AWS Marketplace.
