The five-day online program features collaborations with Transfer Nation, focusing on actionable strategies for workforce partnerships, dual enrollment, and military credit evaluation. According to CEO Kerry Cooper, the initiative is designed to foster peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, allowing professionals to exchange solutions for the increasingly complex academic backgrounds students bring to campus today.

Key sessions include insights from the North Carolina Community College System on workforce integration and St. Mary’s College of Maryland’s approach to dual enrollment expansion. Other presentations will tackle technical hurdles, such as processing military Joint Services Transcripts at Metropolitan State University of Denver and mitigating "transfer melt," where students fail to enroll despite initial intent. Sessions begin daily at 2 p.m. ET, incorporating live Zoom discussions to facilitate networking. Beyond the webinar week, CollegeSource is promoting its newly launched platform, The Commons, intended as a permanent digital space for higher education professionals to continue these resource exchanges.
