The approval covers the company’s flagship products, which are uniquely designed to integrate with the GOLD assessment system. By aligning with Louisiana’s Birth to Five Early Learning and Development Standards, the curriculum aims to provide educators with research-backed tools intended to foster literacy and developmental growth. CEO Mike Derezin noted the recognition underscores the company's focus on practical resources that prepare children for the transition into kindergarten.
Local educators have already seen tangible results from the implementation. Stacey Milton, early childhood supervisor for Livingston Parish Public Schools, reported that her district has utilized these materials for over a decade. According to Milton, teachers—including those in special education settings—have observed substantial improvements in student achievement and literacy development. The company is currently awaiting a state review for its versions of the curriculum tailored for infants and toddlers, further expanding its footprint in the Louisiana early learning landscape.
