Vaughan represents a broad spectrum of clients, including lenders, investors, and debtors, guiding them through Chapter 11 reorganizations and Subchapter V proceedings. His practice often involves loan-to-own strategies and creditor enforcement actions designed to preserve asset value during financial distress. Peers and industry publications have frequently recognized his strategic approach in federal and state courtrooms.
Beyond his recent ABI selection, Vaughan holds honors from Lawdragon 500, Legal 500, and Massachusetts Super Lawyers. An alumnus of Boston College Law School, he remains active in professional organizations such as the Turnaround Management Association. The ABI will formally recognize the 2026 cohort during its Winter Leadership Conference this December.
