Growth was driven by strong performance across all regions, particularly in Southeast Asia, where parcel volume climbed 44.5% to reach 2.89 billion. To accommodate this surge, the company expanded its regional infrastructure, adding 10 sorting centers and 17 automated sorting lines since the end of 2025. These upgrades support a network that now relies on 5,900 line-haul vehicles across the region.

In China, the company recorded 6.43 billion parcels, a 15.3% year-over-year increase that represents its strongest quarterly growth of the year. The firm focused on diversifying its client base, targeting sectors ranging from beauty and electronics to specialized agricultural goods. To maintain this pace, J&T added 500 line-haul vehicles in the country, bringing the total fleet to 7,700, with 5,600 of those now self-owned.

Emerging markets saw the most aggressive expansion, with parcel volume jumping 159.5% to reach 270.8 million. This growth stems from deepened partnerships with major e-commerce platforms, including TikTok, SHEIN, Temu, and Mercado Libre, particularly in Latin America and the Middle East. Globally, J&T Express now operates 20,300 outlets and 292 sorting centers, reflecting a broader strategy to scale through automation and localized logistics operations.
