A cornerstone of this performance was the ZLK7600V803 knuckle boom crane, a machine engineered through the company's German subsidiary, WILBERT, and fitted with a European Scania chassis. This model, fully certified under CE standards, illustrates Zoomlion’s “1+N” manufacturing blueprint. Under this framework, the company’s Smart City in China serves as the central innovation hub, while a network of 13 overseas manufacturing bases and 400 service outlets provides regional support and supply chain stability.
Turkey remains a pivotal node in this expansion. Since opening its Istanbul subsidiary in 2018, Zoomlion has scaled its infrastructure to include 12 service branches and three central warehouses. Recent additions include facilities in Denizli and Bursa, which function as end-to-end hubs for logistics and technical maintenance. Beyond Turkey, the company is intensifying its European footprint with a new AWP intelligent factory in Hungary and an ongoing 50-million-euro expansion at its German production site. These investments aim to boost annual output to over 1,000 units of heavy machinery, further embedding the company into local industrial ecosystems.
