The partnership debuts at the upcoming ATHX event in Glasgow on June 20–21, 2026. During the competition, six Gym Nano units will be deployed to support high-intensity training, split between the official athlete warm-up area and a dedicated brand booth. This collaboration marks a strategic shift for Speediance, moving its digital resistance technology from residential environments into the demanding, high-performance world of competitive functional fitness.
Designed for precision, the Gym Nano provides 220 pounds of digital resistance and utilizes a 5.1-meter rope system to accommodate complex movement patterns. The hardware integrates velocity-based training tracking, allowing athletes to monitor power output and rate of force development in real time. According to CEO Tao Liu, the alliance provides a platform to validate the technology’s effectiveness in professional training settings while engaging directly with elite participants. The agreement covers a multi-regional circuit spanning Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific territory.
