In his new capacity, Sitton will steer the firm’s investor relations platform, managing institutional client engagement and consultant relationships. His mandate includes providing strategic direction for reporting and communication efforts across the firm's diverse investment strategies. President and CEO Jeffrey Kanne noted that Sitton’s deep understanding of investor priorities and his ability to navigate market cycles will be instrumental in supporting the firm’s disciplined execution.

Sitton joins the team following senior roles at industry heavyweights including JPMorgan Asset Management, Barings, Hines, and KETTLER. A CFA charterholder and George Mason University alumnus, he takes the helm at a firm currently managing a $4.9 billion construction pipeline. National Real Estate Advisors, an independently operated subsidiary of the National Electrical Benefit Fund, maintains an operating portfolio exceeding 18 million square feet, focusing on the transformation of underused real estate into modern, high-value assets.
