Christian Bankhead, a local franchise owner of Crumble stores and a member of the company’s advisory board, noted that the system provides a distinct alternative to existing delivery logistics. Throughout the beta period, residents can track their orders in real time via the company app, providing data to help shape the startup's expansion strategy.
