The organization’s social impact strategy resulted in an $11.8 million investment in 2025, covering financial grants, volunteer efforts, and in-kind contributions to various not-for-profits. Employee engagement remains a primary driver of this recognition: 83% of the company's workforce participated in volunteer programs last year, a rate four times the national average. Staff members collectively dedicated over 20,600 hours to local community initiatives.

Jeff Bellows, vice president of corporate citizenship and public affairs, credited these results to the firm's ongoing collaboration with regional partners to foster inclusive health outcomes. Points of Light CEO Jennifer Sirangelo noted that the award reflects the company's ability to embed social purpose directly into its operational culture, effectively using its business model as a catalyst for local improvement.
