This year’s theme, "APs at the Heart of Cancer Care," emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of oncology practice. Amber Koehler, MPAS, PA-C, of Mayo Clinic and chair of the 2026 conference, notes that the gathering serves as a hub for innovation and evidence-based practice. The program features over 25 CE/CME-accredited sessions, covering updates in solid tumor management and hematologic malignancies, alongside specific tracks for radiation and surgical oncology.

The conference is organized in partnership with the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology (APSHO), which represents more than 6,000 clinicians. Beyond formal education, the event provides an exhibit hall for clinical research posters and networking opportunities. Attendees unable to travel can access livestreamed sessions and on-demand content. Those interested in presenting research have until July 1, 2026, to submit abstracts for the clinical, industry, or patient advocacy tracks.
