For nearly two decades, Union One has specialized in income protection and financial support services for organized labor. Their current portfolio includes tuition assistance, home-buying advantages, and Medicare gap solutions, which currently serve over three million union households. By aligning with LaborForce Media, the firm intends to move beyond basic benefit administration to educate local leadership on how these tools can serve as recruitment and retention assets.

LaborForce Media provides the infrastructure for this outreach through its digital platforms, podcasts, and event series. The collaboration focuses on demonstrating that unions can provide tangible, life-cycle support to families, reinforcing the value of membership beyond traditional collective bargaining. According to Andrew Haley, President of Union One, the goal is to help unions create more resilient households, while LaborForce Media CEO Kerri O'Brien emphasized that these programs allow unions to serve as broader communities of trust and shared strength. The partnership will roll out a series of educational campaigns and collaborative projects designed to connect labor leaders with resources that address the modern financial challenges facing their members.
