The goal is to delay functional decline and reduce disability risks by intervening earlier in the aging process. To bridge this ten-year health deficit, Ping An is introducing the China Health Longevity Index and a new white paper, "Centenarian Health Standards," developed alongside the Asia-Pacific Longevity Medicine Society.
These initiatives are part of a broader "integrated finance + health and senior care" strategy designed to move beyond traditional insurance boundaries. By upgrading its management system, the firm aims to transform policies into consistent, daily health support. Recent deployments, including AI-powered express services and emergency assistance tools, represent an effort to integrate financial protection with tangible, high-quality senior care, ensuring that longevity is defined by improved quality of life rather than just added years.
