Orduno first joined the company in 2015, building his foundational expertise within the operations team. During that initial tenure, he managed a portfolio of over 150 communities and spearheaded the integration of back-office functions, including finance, HR, and compliance. His return is framed by leadership as a strategic move to bolster the company's presence across the Carolinas.

Michael Mendillo, President of the East Region, cited Orduno’s deep connection to the local market as a primary driver for his rehiring. In this new capacity, Orduno will work alongside regional directors and the sales department to refine service delivery and secure new business.
