The Orlando-based provider of compliance and training solutions for regulated industries attributes its sustained success to a culture prioritizing equity and professional autonomy. According to the survey data, 93% to 95% of staff report fair treatment regardless of their background, while 94% confirm they have access to necessary time off. Furthermore, 91% of the workforce feels empowered by significant levels of responsibility.

CEO Ryan Marsh noted that the certification stems from deliberate organizational choices aimed at fostering meaningful career growth. Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work, highlighted that this certification remains distinct because it relies exclusively on unfiltered employee feedback rather than corporate narrative. With nearly four million learners served annually across its brands, Certus continues to position its internal culture as a core component of its operational strategy.
