While artificial intelligence-related investments have faced intense scrutiny, market observers suggest the current wave of selling may be disconnected from tangible corporate results.

Oliver Pursche, president of financial advisory Wealthspire, argues that the fundamental thesis for AI-driven growth remains intact despite the volatility. He maintains that if investors held conviction in the sector just one week ago, the lack of new negative data should theoretically provide little reason for a panicked exodus.
