Under the terms of the agreement, issued through the ITES-3S contract vehicle, Tyto will manage comprehensive support for the Air Force’s voice systems, including Avaya Unified Communications, media gateways, and session border controllers. The work centers on maintaining over 385,000 active voice lines, serving the Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, and the United States Space Force.
Operations will be managed from the company’s Network Operations Center in Virginia. The project requires 24/7 monitoring by certified specialists to ensure incident response and system health for both legacy and next-generation voice architectures. According to CEO Dennis Kelly, the award highlights the firm’s long-standing role in maintaining secure connectivity for global defense operations, ensuring continuity of command across the military’s enterprise-wide communication networks.
