Subaru Maintains 2027 Uncharted Pricing Following Successful Debut

Subaru of America is keeping the entry price for its 2027 Uncharted electric crossover at $34,995, holding steady despite the model's strong initial reception. The compact vehicle, which utilizes the North American Charging Standard, returns this fall with a 300-mile range and updated battery preconditioning technology across all trims.

The 2027 lineup maintains its three-tier structure: the Premium FWD, the mid-range Sport, and the top-tier GT. While the entry-level Premium FWD focuses on range efficiency with a 221-horsepower motor, the Sport and GT variants shift to a dual-motor configuration that increases output to 338 horsepower. All models carry a 74.7-kWh battery capable of reaching an 80% charge in 28 minutes under optimal conditions.

Subaru’s design strategy for the Uncharted prioritizes a smaller footprint than the existing Solterra while maximizing utility. The crossover features 8.2 inches of ground clearance and incorporates the company's signature Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive on all but the base trim. Interior technology remains consistent across the range, featuring a standard 14-inch multimedia touchscreen and the EyeSight driver-assist suite. Pricing for the Sport trim starts at $39,795, while the luxury-focused GT model is set at $43,795. These units are assembled in Japan and are expected to arrive at U.S. retailers by late 2026.
