The transition to the 26-story tower, managed by LAZ Investments, arrives as the firm seeks a modern environment to support its regional growth strategy. Managing Partner Leander Dolphin described the move as an investment in both the firm’s personnel and its client base, emphasizing that the new space will prioritize flexibility and innovation.
Shipman & Goodwin will maintain operations at its current Hartford location throughout the build-out process. To facilitate the move, the firm has engaged a project team including CBRE for brokerage services, Turner & Townsend for project management, and The S/L/A/M Collaborative to lead the architectural design.
