The four-day schedule opens with plenary sessions featuring speakers from Vinh Hoan, UMIOS, and the Norwegian Seafood Council. Mid-week sessions shift toward technical deep dives into feed innovation, animal welfare, and fisheries improvement projects, culminating in the annual Responsible Seafood Innovation Awards. The summit concludes with a series of regional industry field trips, offering attendees a firsthand look at Thai processing operations and wholesale outlets.
