The new curriculum addresses distinct organizational tiers, beginning with AI for the Workforce, which emphasizes daily productivity, communication, and data evaluation. For senior leadership, the university offers a governance and oversight track, focusing on strategic investment and the mechanics of AI implementation. A third, sector-specific pathway targets healthcare professionals, prioritizing clinical documentation, data analysis, and the ethical management of patient information.

"As organizations increasingly integrate AI into everyday work and decision-making, there is growing demand for practical skill development," said Mukund Sudarsan, vice president and general manager of Professional Development Programs. The initiative responds to findings from the university’s 2026 Career Optimism Index, which highlighted that half of all workers are currently attempting to master AI tools on their own. By mapping these courses to real-world workplace scenarios, the university intends to help companies align employee capabilities with evolving business requirements and performance standards.
