Currently serving as Vice President at A.I.S., Inc. in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts, Byrd oversees initiatives that bridge the gap between business strategy and operational readiness. His work involves building governance frameworks and leadership development programs designed to thrive in highly regulated environments. Before his tenure at AIS, which specializes in marine ecosystem monitoring and environmental research, he held significant roles at Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, where he sharpened his expertise in capture management and talent acquisition.

Byrd holds a Master’s degree in Management from La Salle University and balances his corporate responsibilities with roles as an Ordained Minister. His industry footprint extends to the American Fisheries Society and the Environmental Science Transfer Advisory Board at Bristol Community College. As he looks toward the future, Byrd aims to deepen his involvement with executive leadership circles to refine organizational design strategies and foster partnerships that drive innovation across federal portfolios.
